Within the “Add New Medical Provider” section, an issue occurs where the “Facility Images,” “Contact Information,” and “Social Media Links” sections are displayed redundantly.

In addition, the corresponding checkmarks are also duplicated and displayed simultaneously.

Finally, when clicking the “Create Clinic” button, the process does not complete or redirect to the previous page. Instead, the page remains on “Add New Medical Provider.”
